Walked in apprehensive, walked out relaxed, knowing I was in good hands. The staff is phenomenal , friendly, knowledgeable and pretty also. Dr. Kopesky is a normal, friendly man, super knowledgeable, put my concerns to bed. Highly recommend. The technology Dr. Kopesky has in his comfortable establishment is astounding.

Going to the dentist has always been the biggest fear of my life. This staff is incredible in the way they explain things and help me feel way more comfortable than I ever have before. Other than them not serving me a shoot of tequila first, they are 5 stars for sure!

Absolutely wonderful experience. The entire staff was very caring and made you feel at ease. Dr Kopesky made me feel like I was his only patient and explained every detail of the visit. Took over 60 years but I have finally found a dentist that truly cares about his patients. I would give you 6 stars if I could!

The office staff is so professional, very caring and easy to work with. Appointment times are always so punctual, and they always find a way to get you in when you are having a problem. Wow, I’ve never been to a more friendly and professional dental office. I felt right at ease as soon as I walked through the door. I had lost one of my veneers and Dr. Kopesky made up a new one for me. Just like that I had my new veneer. I was so happy that he had the equipment so I could leave the same day with a great smile. I have been going to Dr. Kopesky for many years and I'm one of his 1st patients in the Hamlin office. I haven't had many problems, so It is check up and cleanings mostly. Recently a piece of tooth chipped off a lower back tooth. Dr. K was able to repair it by redoing the old filling and building up the area that had cracked off. When done, the tooth feels completely normal and I'm able to chew on that side with no problem. This is the 1st time I've had just the single tooth numbed up for the repair. It worked great and it didn't affect the whole side of my mouth at all. Way better than the old way of using novacane for sure. He's a great dentist and he works gently and communicates well so you know exactly he's doing and why. Highly recommended. Just completed my 2023 annual cleaning and check up and all is well. No problems this year at all. Dr. K works with me to keep the charges reasonable as I'm a senior and I really appreciate it. I just completed my annual visit for 2024. No issues at all this year. I appreciate that the Dr and staff are so friendly and flexible. My bill was low which helped my budget.
